Confidential contact

The conversation is private, and there’s no cost to talk.

Tell me as much or as little as you like. We’ll start with where things stand: which letters you’ve received, what you’d like to happen, and what the numbers look like. You don’t need to have decided anything before you call.

Or leave your number

A first name and a phone number are enough. I’ll call you back.

You don’t need to explain your situation here. We can cover it on the phone.

What helps to have nearby when we talk

Nothing is required. If they’re handy, these make the first call more useful: your most recent mortgage statement, any letters from the servicer or a trustee, and a rough sense of other loans or liens on the home, such as a second mortgage or unpaid property tax. If you have a notice with a date on it, keep that one on top.

Calling is quicker.

If I can’t pick up, leave a message with your first name and a good time to call back.
